These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StudyDex at studydex.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using StudyDex

You must be able to form a binding contract to use StudyDex. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Don’t misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no uploading content you don’t have the rights to.

Your content

You own the study content you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store and display it back to you as part of running the service. We claim no ownership over your sets.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you select and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Availability

We work to keep StudyDex available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
